Schedule 1The Products and Product Specifications

1.The Products shall be such goods, items, merchandise or materials as shall be specified in the Customer’s Order.

2.Where the Customer supplies a required specification for the Products with an Order the Supplier shall ensure that the Products supplied correspond with such specification. Any inspection testing or quality control requirements included in annexed to or issued with such product specification shall be deemed to constitute part of the specification.

3.The required specification shall be in addition to and without prejudice to the provisions of clause 4.2 of the Agreement.

4.Where no required specification is submitted by the Customer the provisions of clause 4.2 of the Agreement shall apply to the Products ordered.
